The service
WingBlaze provides customer-messaging infrastructure: push, email, SMS, and chat-channel delivery, audience management, and analytics. You keep ownership of the data you send us.
Acceptable use
No spam. You may only message people who consented to hear from you, you must honor unsubscribes (the platform enforces suppression automatically), and you may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may suspend workspaces that endanger deliverability for everyone else.
Billing
Paid plans are metered on monthly active users as published on the pricing page and are charged monthly. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Liability
The service is provided "as is"; our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding three months.
