What we store
Workspace accounts (email, hashed password) and, on behalf of our customers, the audience data they send us: subscriber identifiers, device push tokens, email addresses/phone numbers used as delivery targets, tags, and messaging events. Customers control this data; we process it to deliver their messages.
Where it lives
All data is stored in Google Cloud, region asia-southeast1 (Singapore). Per-tenant channel credentials are encrypted at rest and never appear in logs or API responses.
Your rights
Subscribers can be exported (GET …/subscribers/:id/export) and permanently deleted (DELETE …/subscribers/:id) by the workspace that holds them — deletion removes profile, devices, and delivery targets. Marketing emails carry one-click unsubscribe; suppression is enforced across every send path.
